This time filmed by Els, my wife, in Toronto, Canada July 2016.<br \/>\nWith this exercise, I hope to make people &#8220;embody&#8221; the four great gestures by which we &#8220;incarnate&#8221; as embryos, that is, by which the connection between mind\/soul and body takes shape in four great stages of existence.
